May is Mental Health Awareness Month — but for many survivors, mental health isn’t a moment. It’s a journey.
As someone who faced breast cancer during the isolating height of the COVID-19 pandemic, I’ve lived the silent intersection of physical illness and emotional strain. The world told me to “stay strong,” “stay positive,” “move forward” — but healing, I learned, has no timeline.
That’s why my latest message — through my YouTube trilogy on Time, Space, and Spacetime — speaks directly to survivors:
🗣️ “There is no now, no here — only Spacetime.”
Mental well-being cannot be forced into a calendar. Some days I felt timeless. Other days I collapsed into memories. This is what Spacetime taught me — healing bends, expands, contracts. It moves like a spiral, not a straight line.
Let this month be a reminder that you are not behind.
You are not broken.
You are simply becoming, in your own rhythm.
Explore this deeper in my Hope Blooms book series and my YouTube trilogy — and remember, your healing deserves space and time.
